What happens if my outsourcing partnership with Teamified doesn’t work or go to plan?

We’re committed to making it work. If challenges arise, we’ll collaborate with you to resolve them - whether it’s refining processes, replacing talent, or adjusting workflows. If you choose to move on, you may terminate the agreement at any time with proper notice, and we’ll ensure a smooth transition.

Where are my outsourced team located?

What if my team member isn’t performing? How do I manage or replace them?

If your staff aren’t performing in line with expectations, please reach out to our account managers. We’ll provide you with a documented performance improvement plan, including a fair warning, evaluation period, and escalation process that can lead to termination. If you wish to dismiss a staff member due to performance, our account managers can offer advice on how that process works.

What are the working hours of my outsourced team?

Your outsourced team can work in your time zone or provide round-the-clock support based on your business needs. We source talent who are more than happy and willing to adjust their working hours to support your business needs.

I no longer need outsourced staff anymore. How do I terminate the contract?

We understand that business needs change. You can terminate the contract with proper notice, and we’ll take care of the offboarding process smoothly.

How does my business communicate with my outsourced team?

We recommend you use the tools you currently use internally. If you don’t have existing tools, your team can work with commonly used platforms such as Google Meets, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Asana, Trello, Monday, and Skype.

Can we have our in-house people onsite to deliver training?

Yes, you’re welcome to have your team visit our offices for in-person training. We have meeting and training rooms available in our workspaces.

Can I manage my outsourced team directly?

Yes, you can manage your remote team directly. Treat them as you would any in-house staff. We encourage our clients to integrate their Teamified staff as an extension of their local teams for better collaboration and effectiveness. At the same time, we are here to support you when you need us.

Are my outsourced staff dedicated to my business, or do they work for multiple clients?

Your team 100% works exclusively for you. No shared resources. Your team member is hired specifically for your team and remains with you as long as you need them. If a role is no longer required, we provide support to help affected employees transition to other opportunities within Teamified.
