Dashboard

Once set up, you will land on your company dashboard with a bird's-eye view of your overall staff and recruitment activities to help you navigate through different workspaces that help you keep track of various outsourcing activities, including:

Number of your current team members
Your company’s open job requests
In-depth view of the candidate's activity and their current stages in the recruitment process
Invoices management (paid and unpaid invoices)
Leave calendar
Upcoming holidays per country

Hire

In the Hire dashboard, you’ll have a complete overview of where the recruitment progress is for all of your company’s open roles. You’ll know how many people have applied, the interviewer's comments, and whether they’ve been rejected or accepted into the next round, or whether an offer has been made and accepted.

Here you can describe what you’re looking for in a role, and our AI gets to craft the perfect job description automatically, which you can edit and customise as you see fit. Once the request is raised, the role will be open for recruitment, and you’ll see applications coming through the Hire dashboard. You can read their resume, give comments, and choose to decline or move forward into the next stage of recruitment.

Once you find the best fit - awesome! Let them know by moving them to the ‘Offer’ stage. From here, Teamified will take care of all the pre-boarding essentials, from background checks, offer letters, contracts, payroll, emails, and software access.

Team members

A key section in the platform to oversee your entire Teamified team in one place. This section acts as your HR software, with a complete overview of team members, including profile, personal contact details, email, position information, salary resume, leave record, and more. You can use the search button to easily filter member you want to look at.

To ensure a smooth transition for team members who are leaving, you can use the platform to revoke system access. You’ll also be able to gather valuable insights during the exit process to continuously improve your workflows.

Users

In the Users dashboard, you can view a summary of all platform users, as well as easily add or remove users as needed.

Time management

This dashboard lets you easily manage your team members’ leave requests and timesheets.

Leave

You’ll be notified once a team member submits a leave request, which you can review and approve on the platform. Smart filters are also available to easily display the leave of your team members over a selected time, status, or type of leave. You also have visibility of the reason for leave and the manager  who approved their leave.

Timesheets

Team members can submit timesheets, providing detailed insight into the work they have completed, and allowing managers to expedite approvals and billing. Timesheet details include daily hours worked, what they worked on, and the ability to filter based on a weekly or monthly report.

Performance pulse

Performance pulse is a key feature in our platform designed to keep you in the loop with your team’s progress and needs. This feature prompts you to give active feedback, fostering open communication and boosting productivity.

Monthly feedback nudges

Every month, you’ll receive a friendly email reminder to rate your team’s performance. With a simple star rating and option to provide feedback, your team will feel engaged and motivated. Alternatively, you can view and provide feedback in the Teamified dashboard at any time.

You can be as detailed as you want, and if someone scores 0-3 stars, our talent team steps in to help with a personal improvement plan, ensuring everyone gets the support they need. Share it with your team members for an open, supportive culture, or keep it private – your call!

Celebrate your stars

Recognise top performers by viewing their profiles on the platform and hitting the Reward button. Choose from pre-set goodies like Amazon vouchers, a box of chocolates, a day off, or a custom reward that fits your company's vibe.

How it works

Invoices

A key section in the platform with the visibility of invoices owed to Teamified and their status.

The workflow is intuitive and allows you to access documents related to an invoice by simply clicking on the invoice row. You’ll get visibility of invoice numbers, total amount due, issue date, due date, and the money you spent over the last 12 months in an organised chart.
‍
Smart filters enable you to view the list of paid invoices within a certain period of time, with the default view being 12 months.

Teamified Shop

A one-stop shop inside the Teamified platform where you order all the good stuff under one roof. Gear, swag kits, rewards, training - everything your team members need in one place. No more juggling vendors, browsing different sites or endless email chains.  Get it all done here.

Equipment

Order the equipment your new hires need to hit the ground running - laptops, monitors, cables, headsets, keyboards, tablets, or phones.
